The time has come for us to say goodbye. Thank you for such a wonderful year primary 5, you brought so much light to some difficult times for us all. I will never forgot my fabulous class. I hope you all have the best summer, you all really deserve it. Let’s hope for some good weather. Thank you for your kind words, cards and gifts. I really appreciate it. Good luck in primary 6 and I will see you all in August! We said goodbye to Alexander today, who is embarking on an exciting journey to Kenya. He will be sorely missed and we wish him all the best. The Final Countdown
We are almost at the end of term, we had a great day yesterday starting with the obstacle course and then a treat from Miele’s.
The children today, can wear what they wish to school today (remember we have PE, so need to be appropriate for that) and can bring something in of their choice to do. Whether it is a gadget (it must have data or else it won’t work as we don’t have wifi to access) or a game of their choice etc.
Ice Cream Money
A reminder, money was due in today. Can all outstanding £2 please be brought in tomorrow.

Celebration
To celebrate the end of the year we have a lovely treat organised for Primary 4 and Primary 5 on Wednesday.
Miele’s Ice Cream are going to be coming to the school and we are each going to get a tub of ice cream. We have put our order in for the flavour we would like. We are asking all children to bring in £2 on Monday to cover the cost of the ice cream. If you will have difficulty with this, please get in touch with the school office and we will do what we can.
Fingers crossed for the sun so we can enjoy our ice cream outside.
Parent Comments
A few of the children in the class have said they did not get a parent comment sheet in with their report, I have got extras from the office and have given them to the children who think they didn’t have one. Please fill these in for tomorrow. If you didn’t receive one, leave a comment on this post and I will get one to your child.
Reports
Reports were sent home on Friday. The children have worked really hard this year and you should be super proud of them. Included with each report was a parent/carer comment sheet, these should be completed and returned by tomorrow 15th June!
